* Find the firmware version in Settings > System > About phone > Software information
Does Android auto work normally when twin app is not activated?
Is this error appearing on the twin app or the main app?
Could you kindly switch to English and screenshot the error again?
When does this error appear?
Have you tried with a different USB cable?
