Can't download large apps

I'm having problems downloading large apps like pubg which has 1.8g of needed space, it downloads but has to pause with "Waiting for WiFi" message then resumes but after it has gotten to 300-500mb it always pops the Error code: 495 and the app can't be downloaded. My wifi is pretty strong, don't have any problem with youtube, fb etc. except downloading big apps. I always wait for hours only to be left with nothing, it's frustrating please help

    Are you downloading these apps from Play Store or the app developers' websites?

    If you are downloading these apps from Play Store, please try the troubleshooting steps provided by Google: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/resolve-app-installation-errors-in-google-play-store-abb73967-1758-497b-a6cd-27ef4094e7e3

    Please try clearing cache and data of Google Play Store and Google Play Services.
    (Settings > Apps & notifications > Google Play Store/Google Play Services > Storage > Clear Cache/Data)
    Please also try resetting app preferences. (Settings > Apps & notifications > See all apps > three dots on the top right > Reset app preferences)

    If the above does not improve the problem, please tell me which apps have this problem, whether it is happening under WiFi or 4G, and what are the versions of Google Play Store and Google Play Services.

    - I've already done that in the past but still no improvements

    "Reset App Preference"
    - Still did nothing.

    I only download on WiFi not on 4G, and its also because I rarely use data.
    My google play services is at "ver. 15.0.90" and my play store at "ver. 13.7.15"

    We would advise you to try connecting to a different WiFi or switch to mobile data.
