Are your firmware currently on the latest version WW-90.10.138.175?
If yes. I would suggest you try to forget the SSID and re-connect it again.
(Settings> Connections > Wi-Fi >Press & hold [Net Work Name(SSID)] for 2 seconds >Select [Forget Network]>>Re-Connect your wireless.)
If this problem still appears, please reset the network settings. (settings> Reset options> reset WiFi,mobile & Bluetooth ).
