There will always be bugs and room for improvements, even the hardware(CPU) which we assume to be correct by definition has hundreds of unknown bugs. As the bugs are found, those are any reported never the less, what worries you so much ?
After updating to A10, I've discovered a bug with Facebook. Whenever I share or post something, the temporary "you shared this post" or "posting" notification at the bottom of the screen stays. Even when I exit the app it stays. The only way I've been able to get rid of it is to close Facebook, force stop Facebook, and then clear the app's cache. As soon as I share/post something else, I have to go through the same process again. It happens every time I share/post.
I just realized it's not just Facebook. It's any app I use that gives a temporary notification on the bottom of the screen. To remove the notification that popped up in this screenshot, I had to clear the cache on the Asus themes app.
I figured this out. It's not a bug, it's an accessibility feature. Somehow the timer got turned all the way up to 2 minutes. To get the temporary action notifications to go away quickly, settings>accessibility>time to take action.
Im also facing problem with gaming after the A10 update. Call of duty keeps crashing randomly, mostly in BR mode. I have attached a screenshot of the issue.
I have found a bug with the audio and video playback, there is no audio output from any source and even the video in gallery freezes. I hear calls and notifications. There is also problem with chrome browser, webpages freezes as well. @Anders_ASUS please help.
If i lock instantly after unlocking phone, it will automatically unlocking it self (phone screen turns on)(phone unlocks due to my face infront of it).
1. My phone is locked.
2. I unlocked it by face unlock.
3. As it unlocks, i press power button.
4. Phone will lock and automatically phone screen will be open.(in video phone was unlocking because my face was infront of it). Actually it automatically turns on the display after sudden locking.
After the manual installation of A10 from Asus website, there were all sorts of problems. Apps crashing, volume buttons not reacting, using volume buttons in Asphalt 9 would crash the app, various apps not responding to touch input, glitches and flickers of the screen, 4G issues. Like the software was totally incompatible with my phone. Actually writing this post now the phone froze for a couple of seconds.
Reinstalling Asphalt 9 didn't help with the game. It was still totally unresponsive. Armoury Crate would also freeze or crash.
After the reset of all apps and clearing cache of all apps things started to come back to normal. I repeated the clearing of cache several times. Things are now getting back to normal but not completely. Some apps, like Chrome, still glitch. Factory reset over the weekend would be the last solution.
In the meantime I start to see improvements in A10. For example gestures work much better. Apps that don't glitch open much faster etc. It's a promising update.
I wonder if there would be issues if I waited for FOTA?
One of the main issues I have now is that I still have the red dot next to software update. If I tap on software update the system is searching for new update indefinitely. The situation on the screenshot goes on forever if I don't interrupt it manually. Any solution?
Go to Setting > Apps & Notifications > See all Apps > Click Three Dot at upper right > show system > search for FOTAservice > Storage and Cache > Clear storage

I suggest you to factory reset your device once
A factory reset after every major android update is good (if you're facing weird bugs and stuff)
Although I'll state that sometimes these things get solved after a simple restart too,did you try that once?
I experience this as well immediately after the A10 update. In all apps.
Adobe Lightroom app keeps crashing.

I want to report a bug related to phone lock.

Aura lighting with audio wizard still not working in A10 update.
As i open audio wizard, aura light for music does not work.
In A9 same problem was there.
It is not solved in A10 too...
Why asus doing this???
Have you played any video from gallery,
If yes then make video and upload it
Describe it in detail
Song in amazon music was not loaded, we can not clarify that audio not working.
I guess you were using poweramp, it could be the application bug, not rog.
So describe it with more detail

It wasn't working in Amazon music as well, even games didn't have audio. Now that I have hard reset my phone, everything seems to be working fine.
You have to refresh the FOTA storage.
Go to Setting > Apps & Notifications > See all Apps > Click Three Dot at upper right > show system > search for FOTAservice > Storage and Cache > Clear storage
I'm also thinking about factory reset
Is it advisable to do a factory reset after upgrading to A10 @Anders_ASUS ?
