Even for me the issue still persist. I had posted a help long back but I didn't get a reply. I'm unable to listen to audio usually when I change the equalizer settings in Audio wizard. The issue is irrespective of the audio output(3.5mm jack or bluetooth or even loud speaker). The only work around which I'm following from a couple of updates is to "force stop" the audio wizard or restart everytime I don't hear any audio. I've also updated to the latest version. The bug is really annoying.
I sent the issue with a video evidence to andres_asus through personal message and also sent a log file last month... yesterday i got reply from him saying that they are working on the audio issue. I hope they will resolve it in next update

No dude, its waste of time they are not able to find our problem
After all those buggy updates I used to receive on my Asus zenfone 2(old model) I was really scared to trust Asus again. But I thought it's been a long time and Asus would have improved alot over time. And yet again Asus proved me wrong. They can't fix small bugs and have NEVER considered user requests.
Thanks Asus for all the bugs. I'm never gonna trust again.

Well without that video and log, we can't do anything. I trust you when you say that you have this issue but we haven't experienced it ourselves which means that we don't know where to look.
The user that had a similar issue on ROG 2 gave us a log that showed the root cause and now that bug has been fixed.

I am also getting issues regarding bluetooth headfone and as well as 3.5 mm headfone the sounds gets stopped suddenly or if i change any mode in audiowizard the headfone music gets stopped and if i only restart the device i could hear the music through headfone plzz fix thiz bug
Due the issue was present from last 6 months but asus did not find the solution they are saying just all are working fine from their devices,
