Phone hang while call receiving

I facing an issue while receiving incoming call on my RoG II .
Phone is ringing but while sweeping it is not responding & I can't lift phone , it tends to disconnect.
So is there any solution for this.
And one more thing I feel it more when the Mobile is inside my pocket for few time.

Any suggestions/solution ????????

Has this behavior been happening since you first started using the device? If not, I recommend factory resetting the phone after backing up all your data.
If it has been acting this way since you started using it, I need to log your phone to get more information on what's going on.

I would recommend updating your phone's firmware to the most recent if you haven't already.
At the time of this post, that is 1910.44 for worldwide. If you are not on worldwide, please check with your regional support site.
ROG Phone II Driver & Tools | Phones | ASUS USAIf a FW update doesn't resolve this issue, you will need to contact your local ASUS repair center. The fact that you have had this issue since you started using the phone points to a hardware problem.
