CANNOT CHANGE WALLPAPER FROM GALLERY AFTER UPDATE

After the update i noticed that i cannot choose the wall paper on my gallery, i tried to restart the phone but still the same.

    Can you post pictures of your problems ? I don't see any problem with the latest build :
