After android 10 update, the top side of the photos app's settings is cut off, I don't know if this is due to the compatibility problem with the update or the app itself.
Try to delete cache and eventually data off the app.
No it didn't work
Yes is the same here. But I think its Google who have to fix it...
I can't find these settings. Mine looks completely different. Which version of photos do you have or could you please explain how you get to backup mode and mobile data usage in Google photos?
Go to settings - Backup and sync - turn on - after turning it on some more settings will appear, backup mode and mobile data usage, these are being cut off. I have latest photos version
I have latest photos version
Rather post the version string.
I cannot confirm such a behaviour in A10 for Photos version 184.108.40.2068286868.
I cannot confirm such a behaviour in A10 for Photos version 220.127.116.119188768 too.
Maybe is Photos UI country dependent, that's why I see that screen ok.
Same here. My settings doesn't look like your even though I also have version 18.104.22.1689188768.
I can forward your discovery to our devs. Maybe they can recreate an Indian device (I guess you're from india?) to see if they can replicate this behaviour
I think it would be very useful if there were two other attributes that could be permanently displayed in this forum: Country and Operator like it is on XDA, since many errors are limited to users in that country or using a particular operator.
I asked our forum dev to provide this info long time ago. Still waiting.
Can you please long press your Photos icon and press app info -> Storage & cache -> and clean storage. After this, please update to latest version of photos and tell me if it still looks the same?
I have already done that, still not resolved.
