Same issue here. Right air trigger doesn't register inputs properly.
Guys i fixed my problem with air trigger. It seems problem arises when using the aero case. Some part of that case touches the screen especially if you are using tempered glass that makes your lcd thicker. The solution is to use the crystal case that comes with the phone and not the aero case.
but really? does it means left trigger has 2 sensors and ryt has 2? if so then i would like to see it if u can show me its position via screenshots
I'm having the same issue..left trigger is unresponsive..there's delay in the response time
right air trigger issue still hanging in air......
@LP_ASUS Help please.... if u need me to send any other bug report then please notify.... but i havent received a solution yet.
They need a video of the bug from a second phone. The mods posted that on the previous page..
i have provided them with the phone log itself
shared on Google drive to one of the mods
Yeah that is okay. But if you go to the previous page you will read that they are now asking for a video made from a second phone. Presumably because the logs are not enough.
I've this problem too, i hope the video would explain everything...
upload limit 50mb, so i upload it on youtube and sorry if the video was bad
That looks hardware related
Thanks for this, I'll pass it on.
Well, if its hardware related, this phone never dropped and i bought it last month, never been outside or in my pocket, and it happening when i update the phone. don't know if its make sense or not
Yeah could be a production error.
yeah maybe but others have the same exact problem like me
Yeah I think I've seen 1 or 2 post about this. I don't have that case so I can't test it but I guess it's not supposed to happen.
@julienvd93 is exactly right, this is a hardware issue and you'll need to visit a service center to resolve it. I'm not 100% sure what the problem is, but your warranty will cover it.
Did you have this function enabled?
If you toggle Sensitivity Booster, does that effect your Air Trigger problem?
no, the sensitivity Booster is turn off
im not gonna agree with hardware issue, this phone are really new! if i going to service center, they are gonna confused what to fix and they gonna say it doesn't have any problem.
