[Phone/Pad] Troubleshooting for abnormal working in 3rd party applications downloaded by users
Please follow below steps for troubleshooting：
1. Clear App Cache : Tap " Settings " > " Apps " > Find and click the application that you want to clear up > Click " Clear cache "
2. Update the app：In Play Store, tap the " menu icon " on the upper left corner > Choose " My apps & games " > and tap " UPDATE ALL "
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app：Tap " Settings " > " Apps " > Find the application that you want to uninstall. Then , re-download the app from Google Play Store.
4. Check for firmware updates：In " Settings " -> " About " -> " System update " > Tap " Check Update "
5. If the problem cannot be solved , it might be caused by abnormal working in application. We suggest you issue the feedback to the application vendors for further solution.
