Please follow below steps for troubleshooting：
1. Restore Camera settings : Camera > Tap upper-left gear icon to Setting > Restore default settings
2. Update firmware to the latest version：From Settings > About >System update> Check Update.
3. Accessing to Safe Mode：Press and hold the Power Key > Tap and hold Power off > Tap OK；If your phone / tablet works in Safe Mode, the malfunction might be caused by 3rd party apps. Please reboot your phone / tablet and check again if the problem persists.
4. Backup your data and perform factory data reset.
